I have been trying to reactivate my account since 30th March, emailed 3 times spoke with live chat who they even emailed the appropriate team and still no response, have called number of occasions to no avail they don't answer the phone only constant you are next in the queue which goes on for more than an hour, for a large company who are still raking in money everyday, is incredible that their teams cant deal with requests, I find totally unacceptable

Only stayed a member for 1 day then self excluded for 5 years..seemed the only way to leave. Slots are really bad compared to other sites, just eat your money with very few small wins. Do NOT take the £20 bonus if you do join as the pay back is £750. Won £2 on the bonus wheel with a payback wager of £10. Absolute robbery. I've been on many sites and this is defo the worst.

MeccaBingo is really fun exciting really relax aswell and sometimes it doesn't go to plan waiting for the last numbers and it works so rhythm in tune in some games and especially the staff are wonderful people that u will never find anyone like them they all take turns calling the numbers and all care for each one of us in the building aswell?

They have let my 13 year old son create account in my name and spend hundreds of pounds not happy waiting for a reply if not I be pressing charges as its illegal for under age child to gamble

most ive won recently £1000 of a £1 won a few times then lost a few times money in bank within 3 hours had no problems on here

I have been on previous a few times 2019 never won anything so never bothered again until now thought would give another go but just the same as before never win anything seams to be a scam to be honest I’m going to use what money have left and then I’m going to join a different bingo site or go to actual venue as I know people who have won big at the actual venues

Not happy at all not i made an account and then deposited and started playing i go off for 2 hours i try log back in and its not recognising me and tried live chat you say your on until 10pm thats a lie and plus i made the account with my email address and still had no email off you.
